We know plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work at tvmounting.app.
You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled arrival window begins. Since no deposit is collected at booking, there is nothing to refund — the appointment is simply released.
You can reschedule to a different date or time at no cost, as long as you let us know before the installer is dispatched. Contact us at support@tvmounting.app or reply to your booking confirmation to request a new time.
If your preferred new slot is unavailable, we'll offer the closest alternatives.
If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment window, or the installer arrives at a valid address and cannot complete the job because no one is home or the work area is inaccessible, we may ask you to cover a reasonable dispatch fee to compensate the installer for travel time. We'll always discuss this with you first, and we waive it for genuine emergencies.
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule on our end — for example if an installer is unavailable due to illness, severe weather, or a previous job is running over. If that happens, we'll notify you as early as possible and offer the first available replacement slot. Any money you've paid (if applicable) will be refunded in full.
Our goal is that you're fully satisfied with the installation. If something isn't right within the scope of the service you booked, contact us within 30 days and we'll come back to make it right at no additional cost, within reason. That typically covers leveling, cable concealment touch-ups, and mount stability issues.
Adjustments beyond the original booked service — for example moving the TV to a different wall, or changing the mount type after the fact — are treated as a new job and priced separately.
Please include your name and the date of the booking so we can find it quickly.
If anything in this policy is unclear, or your situation isn't covered above, just reach out. We'd rather talk it through than turn someone away over paperwork.
